We want you to be satisfied, so all courses purchased on kimbosabe can be refunded within 30 days.Please note, however, that refunds are only available for courses purchased on the kimbosabe website (at www.kimbosabe.com); any courses purchased through a third party website or the iOS app will not be eligible for cash refunds (for more details on refund restrictions, please see below). For whatever reason, if you are unhappy with a course, please let us know through an email Contact, or by requesting a refund for the course by writing to our team firstname.lastname@example.org. We’re here to help.
All refunds will be credited back via the card you used or your PayPal account. Note: Purchases made from third-party vendors cannot be refunded.
Reasons for Denied Refunds
While our 30-day refund policy is in place to protect students, we must also protect our instructors from fraud and provide a reasonable payment schedule. Payments are sent to instructors after 30 days, so we will not process refund requests received after the refund window.
If all course content was downloaded before the refund was requested, the refund request may be rejected.
Finally, students who purchase any of the unlimited training course and do not attend 3 consecutive scheduled session, over an extended period may be subject to suspension for abuse of the refund policy.
Kindly note, Unlimited Training for Intermediate and Advanced courses will not apply if you have taken an uninformed leave of absence of 3 or more days during the course schedule. The account will enter into an inactive state due to absence and you will have to pay an activation fee of $249 to activate the course. If you do not attend the scheduled session for other courses, you will have to pay $99 to activate the course. Kindly send an email within 30 days to email@example.com, to request for activation with a reason for the absence.
Refunds for Bundles Purchased Through Third Party
If you purchased the course through a third party vendor, unfortunately, we cannot process your refund. Since we did not process the original payment, we do not have the transaction on file, and cannot initiate a refund for you. Please contact the third party vendor directly to request a refund.
What personal data we collect and why we collect it
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
